TheCeraShop respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users and third parties to do the same. 2. Counter-Notification

If you believe that material you posted was removed (or access was disabled) by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a written counter-notification containing the following:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.

  2. Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed.

  3. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.

  4. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.

  5. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your judicial district, or if outside the U.S., in the jurisdiction where TheCeraShop is located, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notification.

Counter-notifications must be sent to the same DMCA Agent listed above.

3. Repeat Infringer Policy

TheCeraShop reserves the right to terminate user accounts or block access to users who are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.

4. Misuse of the DMCA
