At Thecerashop, we strive to deliver your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. Since most of our products are printed or assembled upon order, please review our shipping guidelines below to understand our timelines, costs, and trusted logistics partners.

1. Estimated Delivery Time Formula

To help you estimate when your order will arrive, please use the following formula:

Total Delivery Time = Order Processing Time + Shipping Time (Transit)

  • Order Processing Time (Production): The time it takes to prepare, print, and pack your order before it is handed over to the carrier.

  • Shipping Time (Transit): The time it takes for the carrier to deliver the package to your destination.


2. Order Processing Time (Production)

All orders are processed and prepared for shipment according to the following schedule:

  • Standard Processing: 1 – 3 business days (Monday – Friday).

  • Peak Seasons & Holidays: Due to extremely high demand during holiday periods, production times may extend to 4 – 7 business days.


3. Our Shipping Partners & Transit Times

We collaborate with reputable global and regional carriers to ensure your package arrives safely:

  • Domestic (USA): USPS, UPS (Average 4 – 7 business days).

  • Canada: Asendia, UPS (Average 7 – 15 business days).

  • International: Asendia and other regional logistics partners (Average 10 – 21 business days).

Important Holiday Notice: During peak holiday seasons (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas, New Year), carriers experience significantly higher volumes. Please allow an additional 4 – 7 business days beyond the standard estimates for your order to arrive.


4. Shipping Rates

We provide worldwide shipping with the following flat-rate structure:

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to track your package via our partners (USPS, UPS, Asendia, etc.).

  • Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update.

  • Note: If you do not receive your tracking information within 3 business days after your production time, please contact us at [email protected].


6. Import Duties & Taxes

International orders (outside the U.S.) may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees upon delivery. These charges:

  • Are not included in the product or shipping price.

  • Are the responsibility of the recipient.

  • Please check with your local customs office for more details regarding these potential costs.

7. Address Accuracy & Failed Deliveries

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

  • Returned packages due to incorrect or undeliverable addresses may be reshipped at the customer’s expense.

8. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

We are not liable for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, or external events beyond our control. However, we will do our best to assist if your package is:

  • Lost in transit.

  • Significantly delayed.

  • Damaged upon delivery.

Please contact us within 7 days of your estimated delivery date with your order number and any supporting information (such as photos of damaged items) so we can investigate and provide a solution.
