1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for most items within 30 days of the delivery date, provided that the following conditions are met:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition and packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (such as order number or confirmation email) is required.

  • Personalized or custom-made items are not eligible for return, unless they arrive damaged or defective.


2. Damaged or Defective Items

If you received an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

To help us resolve the issue quickly:

  • Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item.

We will provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.


3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Wait for return approval and instructions from our support team.

  3. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method (return shipping is at your expense unless the item is damaged/defective).

  4. Once the item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


4. Refunds

  • If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 1–3 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

  • If your refund is delayed, please first check with your bank or payment provider before contacting us.


5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, we recommend:

  1. Returning the original item following the steps above.

  2. Placing a new order for the item you want.

This ensures faster processing and availability.


6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale items

  • Items returned after 30 days of delivery


7. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, your order may already be in processing or shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
