At TheCeraShop, we strive to deliver your orders quickly, securely, and transparently. Please read the following information to understand how we handle shipping, processing times, fees, and more.
1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to:
All 50 states within the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii)
International locations (standard shipping only)
Note: Expedited shipping is available for U.S. domestic orders only.
2. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.

4. Shipping Fees

Note: For all orders, an additional $2.00 will be added per item for the second item and each item thereafter.
For example, a domestic standard order with 3 items will be charged: $5.49 + $2 + $2 = $9.49 total shipping.
Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your order and destination.
We may occasionally offer free shipping promotions for qualifying orders. Please check our homepage banners or promotional emails.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after the package is dispatched.

6. Shipping Carriers
We partner with trusted global and domestic carriers such as:

DHL (for international orders)
Carrier selection is based on location, speed, and service availability.
7. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing an order.
We are not responsible for lost or undeliverable shipments due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
If a package is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional fees may apply.
8. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
We are not liable for shipping delays caused by carriers or customs. However, we will do our best to assist if your package is:
Lost in transit
Significantly delayed
Delivered damaged or incomplete
Please report any such issues to [email protected] within 7 days of the delivery date, along with your order number and any supporting photos.
9. Customs & International Deliveries
International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by your country’s regulations.
These charges are not included in the shipping cost and are the responsibility of the recipient.
